⦿ An Abandoned Chinese Fishing Village

Nature always gets her way.  This is a series of photographs taken by  Tang Yuhong  of
an overgrown abandoned fishing village in China,  on Goqui Island in the Shengsi Islands,
near the mouth of the Yangtze River. The vegetation appears to be kudzu, native to China.

  1. I’ve seen pix of that vine in the South basically swallowing everything in its path, and quickly– and you can’t kill it. It’s like something in a sci-fi movie, the experiment gone wrong oh nooooo. . haha
